He regularly drafts and negotiates shareholder agreements, limited partnership agreements, joint venture arrangements, and a variety of other commercial contracts.
In his real estate practice, Aaron acts for clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, and commercial leasing matters, providing end-to-end legal support for real property transactions.
