Mr. Jaffe is a partner in FBC's Corporate Department, where his practice focuses on the hi-tech, life sciences and medical device sectors, with an emphasis on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property issues.



Mr. Jaffe represents companies from their start-up phase to their exits, providing counsel in early- and late-round investments, in a broad range of commercial transactions, including sophisticated licensing arrangements, and in exits ranging from M&A transactions to IPOs in Israel and abroad.



Among Mr. Jaffe's clients are entrepreneurs, start-ups and mature companies, traditional industrial companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and Israeli and foreign investors. Mr. Jaffe has also represented founders and entrepreneurs and their start-up companies that were acquired in significant exit transactions.



Mr. Jaffe joined the firm in 1999. Previously he had practiced taxation, commercial, securities, and technology law at a large law firm in Tel Aviv.
