Asiya Khan is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group. Her practice focuses on representing and advising clients in corporate governance matters, negotiations, and bankruptcy proceedings.

After graduating from law school, Asiya clerked for the Hon. Susan D. Barrett of the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Georgia, where she drafted opinions, orders, official letters, criminal referrals, and bench memoranda related to hearings, trials, and mediations. She earned her J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Miami School of Law, where she received two CALI awards in Bankruptcy Law and Legal Analysis and received honors (highest score) in Commercial Law: Secured Transactions. Asiya also has a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Florida.
