* Counsel to a developer in its $65mil financing and construction of a 217 unit high rise rental tower in Edmonton;
* Counsel to a subdivision developer its financing, subdivision and sale of ~500 acres of development land in the SE Calgary, and formation of a Homeowners Association relating thereto.
* Co-counsel to a hotelier in its $114mil financing and acquisition of a Marriott Residence Inn, and its $66mil financing and acquisition of a Hilton Homewood Suites;
* Counsel to an infrastructure private equity fund in respect of its $130mil joint venture with a Crown corporation to acquire, debt finance and operate a national railroad contractor
* Counsel to a developer in its financing, construction and sale of an 83 unit visitor accommodation condominium in Canmore, Alberta.
