Armin is an intellectual property law strategist who advises clients on litigation, prosecution, and transactions involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Armin represents clients throughout the entire IP life cycle, including acquisition and procurement, enforcement, and licensing. He also regularly counsels on transactional matters, such as licenses and agreements, diligence reviews, and mergers and acquisitions that include IP assets.

With over 100 district and appellate court appearances, in addition to time spent handling contentious proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office and US International Trade Commission, Armin has extensive litigation experience. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex IP infringement actions and is knowledgeable regarding every stage of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, witness preparation, dispositive motion practice, mediation, trial, and pre- and post- trial briefing.

His broad IP experience spans industries ranging from technology to retail and consumer products to financial services, and more.
