Mr. Kaufman is an associate in the Litigation Department. His practice concentrates on civil and corporate litigation, with a focus on contracts, tenders, administrative law, telecommunications, and intellectual property law. He also provides general consulting to the firm's clients on various commercial issues.



Mr. Kaufman represents large local companies, governmental companies, and public authorities in complex litigation cases. He is involved in representing non-profit organizations in legal proceedings, including before the High Court of Justice.



Prior to joining FBC, Mr. Kaufman was an associate in the litigation departments of two leading Tel Aviv law firms.
