Profile
Antonio Gallo Palenzuela joined Garrigues in 2012 and is currently a principal associate in the Labor Law practice.
He has extensive experience in collective bargaining, strategic advice on human resources and labor issues for multinational and national companies, the design and defense of company and sector collective agreements and the resolution of labor disputes.
With extensive experience in the procedural field, he has represented companies both in the National Court and before the Courts and High Courts of the Social Order.
In addition, among other areas, he usually takes part in advising, from a labor point of view, on national and international corporate operations (mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, etc.) and in all the processes derived from them.
It is mainly active in the aviation, technology companies and tourism sector.
Member of the Malaga Bar Association.
Education
Law Degree, University of Granada.
Official Master in Occupational Risk Prevention, Universidad San Pablo CEU.
Auditor of Occupational Risk Prevention Systems (including OHSAS 18001 standard audit), IMF Business School.
Master of Laws (LLM) in International Transactions, Centro de Estudios Garrigues and Universidad Pablo de Nebrija.
