Anna Ersson specialises in e-commerce law, consumer law, privacy and data protection, marketing and digitization law (such as law for digital services, AI and apps). She assists companies in these areas with both preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements and terms, review of e-commerce sites, policies and compliance issues. She also regularly gives lectures and training in her areas of expertise, and has been recognized as a Key Lawyer in e-commerce and digital consumer law by the international legal ranking organization Legal 500.
