Angelo holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law from the Université de Montréal. He joined Lavery as a lawyer in the Financing and Banking Law group.

Before joining Lavery, Angelo practiced at leading law firms both nationally and internationally, where he developed extensive expertise in banking finance. He has been involved in complex financings on behalf of a wide range of clients, including Canadian and foreign financial institutions, borrowers, governmental entities, and lender syndicates. He also advises his clients on matters related to commercial, transactional, and real estate law.

Recognized for his rigor, efficiency, and results-oriented approach, Angelo ensures to provide personalized, proactive, and high-quality legal services, while emphasizing the establishment of lasting trust-based relationships.

Moreover, Angelo has solid experience in legal research. As a research assistant in property law, he collaborated on updating the annotated Civil Code published by Éditions Yvon Blais, a reference publication in Quebec civil law. Passionate about writing, he is the author of several legal publications and won first prize in a written advocacy competition, demonstrating his skills in legal analysis and communication.
