Angela is a senior associate in the BVI investment funds and corporate team. Angela advises on the full lifecycle of investment funds in the British Virgin Islands, from formation and licensing to maintenance, restructuring, and termination.

She works with a broad range of fund types, including incubator, approved, professional, private, and public funds. Angela's work also includes extensive experience in advising clients in relation to management vehicles and preparing and submitting approved manager applications to the BVI Financial Services Commission.

Angela's clients include investment funds, general partners and investment managers. Angela's practice includes a wide range of investment strategies and sectors, and includes particular expertise in funds operating digital asset strategies.

Angela also helps clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and commercial contracts.
