Ane Iruretagoyena Amuchastegui is a senior associate of the Litigation and Arbitration practice in San Sebastian.
Within the litigation and arbitration area, she mainly advises on civil and commercial court proceedings at all levels concerning civil (obligations and contracts, monetary claims, contractual and non-contractual liability, etc.), corporate (companies, antitrust, IP) and insolvency matters.
She also acts in criminal proceedings relating to financial and corporate offenses.
