Andy Davis is a senior attorney in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group with more than 10 years of experience in commercial transactions, land use, development, leasing, and title property management work. He has handled real estate litigation across Florida, as both outside “frontline” counsel and in-house counsel, as well as handled real estate acquisitions and dispositions of all sizes, with an emphasis on commercial and residential homebuilder work. His experience also includes property management, leasing, title and escrow, and related full-service real estate matters.

Prior to joining Bradley, Andy served as in-house counsel for a large national homebuilder, with primary responsibility for all transactions in the Tampa, Southwest Florida, and Charlotte (NC) divisions, as well as commercial leasing and land disposition transactions in the Wellen Park division. He drafted, negotiated, and executed a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions encompassing acquisition and disposition, entitlement, land use, and development. He also drafted and negotiated trade partner and professional services agreements with vendors at the national and divisional level, and dispensed legal guidance to divisions and corporate departments.
