Andrew Graben is an experienced litigator with more than a two decades of experience in state and federal courts across the country. Andrew has successfully represented a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to growing founder-led businesses. Andrew’s practice is focused on business and intellectual property litigation, but he also has experience in a wide range of complex commercial disputes. He represents both businesses and individuals in contract, securities, antitrust, trade secret, and patent litigation matters.

Andrew knows what it takes to guide clients through the difficult and time-consuming process of pre-trial litigation and disputes. He has led attorney teams through all manner of complex legal disputes, from nationwide multidistrict litigation to state court commercial cases.
