Andrea Pérez Cid is a senior associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department.

She has extensive experience advising on corporate law matters, in particular those relating to the office of secretary to the board of directors; as well as on pre-contentious situations arising from corporate disputes, the execution of shareholders' agreements and commercial contracts in general.

She also provides ongoing advice on corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions.

She is a member of the La Coruña Bar Association.
