Ana is a Managing associate in the Corporate M&A practice. With 10 year's experience, she has specialised in mergers and acquisitions and she acts for companies and corporate groups, venture capital funds in structuring and negotiating transactions and in investment and divestment operations. She has a particular focus on the technology, industrial and energy sectors.

She also works in Fintech advising cryptoasset investors and service providers on corporate, contractual and regulatory matters.

Ana has a master's in corporate and business law from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Cat lica Portuguesa and completed a postgraduate course in corporate finance at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. She is a member of the Legal Council of the Portuguese Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Association.
