Ana Carrillo is a senior associate in the Tax practice area.
She has extensive experience in tax planning matters relating to legal entities and individuals, with a particular focus on the tax treatment of restructuring transactions, the taxation of family businesses, successions, and tax proceedings.
She also provides tax advice on an ongoing basis to businesses from a variety of sectors and has been involved in numerous corporate restructuring operations and tax proceedings and appeals.
She is a member of the Tax Section of the Murcia Bar Association.
