Amy is an associate in the corporate team based in Leeds with significant experience in a broad range of corporate transactions including domestic and international M&A, private equity and corporate reorganisations. Amy’s recent experience includes:

• Advising Harwood Private Equity on the sale of UK pet food brand Assisi Pet Care Limited, being a leading producer of premium and natural dog and cat foods and treats, to Chicago based Wind Point Partners.

• Advising Lightpoint Medical Ltd on the sale of Lightpoint Surgical Ltd, being a technology leader in precision-guided robotic cancer surgery, to Telix Pharmaceuticals International Holdings Pty Ltd.

• Advising Azets, an accountancy and business advisory firm with 165 offices across the UK and internationally, on a number of acquisitions as part of its buy and build growth strategy including:

1. the acquisition by Azets of Baker Tilly Ireland, which immediately rebranded as Azets Ireland;
2. the acquisition by Azets of Gorilla Accounting, a digital accountancy firm; and
3. the acquisition by Azets of Naylor Wintersgill, which immediately rebranded as Azets.
