Amy Harriman counsels individuals, organizations and institutions on real estate, corporate and financial transactions, as well as aspects of their business and ventures. Whether it involves complex acquisitions and financing, dispositions, leasing, land banking, corporate structuring or other general real estate matters - Amy is ready with her depth of knowledge. She focuses on:
