Amy Chin is one of the four founders of LCS & Partners. In January 2005, Ms. Chin was appointed by the ROC Executive Yuan to act as the first term commissioner of the Financial Supervisory Commission, which is the single financial regulator in Taiwan. After her tenure ended on June 30, 2006, Ms. Chin returned to the firm. Since 2023, Ms. Chin has been recognized as one of the three Eminent Practitioners in Taiwan in the area of Capital Markets by Chambers.
