Profile
Amanda Bos Ekman is a member of Delphi's EU & Competition practice. Amanda advises clients on all aspects of competition law, including co-operation between competitors, abuse of dominance and competitive neutrality. She represents clients in merger control and foreign direct investment (FDI) cases. She also assists clients in dawn raids and competition law litigation.
As part of Delphi's Life Science group, Amanda advises clients in the pharmaceutical industry and other related sectors. Amanda also works with public procurement and regulatory issues, where she assists companies in complying with existing regulations or helping them adapt to new ones.
