Alicia Belock is an Attorney in Buchalter's San Diego office and a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. Ms. Belock represents both private and public employers in matters related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. Her focus on employment law centers around litigation of single plaintiff claims, class actions, representative PAGA actions, and administrative agency proceedings. In addition, Ms. Belock advises employers on a wide range of workplace issues including personnel policies and employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, discipline, leave issues, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.
