Alice is an Associate in the Corporate team in Edinburgh. She completed her training contract at Shoosmiths and qualified as a solicitor in March 2024.

Alice has experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, venture capital and investment, as well as general corporate governance and compliance matters.

Alice completed her Scots Law LLB at the University of Glasgow and went on to obtain her Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh.
