Alex Ronchetti has a comprehensive corporate practice that includes advising clients of various sizes and industries on general corporate law matters pertaining to mergers & acquisitions, investment fund and entity formation, and commercial agreements. During law school, Alex was a Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal, externed at a local Arizona firm specializing in copyright and trademark applications to the USPTO, and worked in the Arizona Supreme Court Staff Attorneys Office where he assessed petitions for review to the Arizona Supreme Court.
