Profile
Alessandro De Ferrariis deals with national and international corporate and commercial litigation and has also gained significant experience in arbitration proceedings.
He has been working with Studio Gianni & Origoni since 2014.
From 2009 to 2013 he worked with a leading Italian law firm based in Rome, specializing in civil, commercial, corporate and bankruptcy matters and related litigation.
Alessandro obtained his PhD in Business Law and Corporate Taxation from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome in 2015 with a thesis entitled “Semplificazione ed effettività del sistema di controllo esterno nelle S.p.A.” after graduating in Law "maxima cum laude" from the same university in 2008 and attending, as a “Visiting Scholar” at Penn State University - Dickinson School of Law, State College (PA) - U.S.A. in 2012.
He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2013.
He speaks Italian and English.
