Alessandra Ferroni is an expert in labour law and industrial relations, in complex company restructuring and reorganization, in the outsourcing process, top management remuneration packages as well as in contentious matters.

Sensitive to issues linked to social sustainability, with particular focus on human rights, diversity, flexibility and social taxonomy, Alessandra is the key partner of our Firm’s ESG Focus Team, created in order to answer to the needs related to the management and integration of ESG factors. 

She is member of AGI (the Italian Employment Lawyers’ Association) and EELA (the European Employment Lawyers Association).

Alessandra graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 1992 and wrote her thesis on labour rights, and before joining the firm, she worked in London for an international law firm in their Employment Law Department.

She obtained her LL.M. in “Human Resources Communication” from Istituto Superiore di Comunicazione in 1999.

She is a member of the Italian Bar and is entitled to practice before the Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).

She speaks Italian and English.
