Profile
Alé Dalton is a healthcare M&A and transactions lawyer who advises clients on complex healthcare deals and the regulatory frameworks that shape them. As a partner in Bradley’s Healthcare Practice Group, consistently ranked among the top healthcare practices in the country, she represents healthcare providers, health systems, and investors in sophisticated transactions and related regulatory and operational matters.
Alé structures, negotiates, and leads healthcare transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic deals involving complex corporate structures and layered regulatory considerations. She is regularly called upon to guide clients through healthcare M&A from initial deal strategy through execution and integration, ensuring that regulatory, operational, and business issues are aligned throughout the process.
Collaboration is a hallmark of Alé’s practice. She is skilled at assembling and leading cross-functional teams, managing the moving parts of complex transactions, and helping clients reach informed, confident decisions in high-stakes deal environments.
A leader in the national healthcare legal community, Alé chairs the American Health Law Association’s Early Career Professionals Council and is a frequent speaker and contributor on emerging trends in healthcare. Within Bradley, she serves as vice chair of the Lawyers of Color Resource Group and as liaison for the Women’s (Winn) Initiative, and she previously served on the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
Alé is actively involved in efforts to close legal service gaps, staffing community legal clinics and contributing through Bradley’s pro bono program. She cares deeply about the future of the profession, mentoring junior lawyers and building the kind of law firm where people can happily thrive.
Alé’s achievements have been recognized by her peers and community, including selection to the Nashville Post’s “In Charge – Legal” list, Nashville’s “Top 30 Under 30,” the Hispanic National Bar Association’s “Top Lawyer Under 40,” Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America, Mid-South Super Lawyers’ “Rising Stars,” and ALM’s Southeastern Legal Awards “On the Rise in Tennessee.” She is also a recipient of the University of Tennessee Knoxville’s Alumni Promise Award, Bradley’s Cameron J. Miller Award for Excellence & Community Service, the Nashville Emerging Leader Award, and Bradley’s Diversity Leadership Award.
Alé graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law (cum laude), where she served as executive editor of the Tennessee Law Review and senior editor of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. She received her undergraduate degree (magna cum laude) from Lipscomb University.
