I am a patent prosecution paralegal in the Intellectual Property group. My experience includes all aspects of document preparation; patent ?portfolio acquisition/intake processes; maintenance fee/annuity payment management; assignments; information disclosure statements; patent docketing; and filings with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, International Bureau, and various foreign patent offices for both utility and design applications.

In addition, I am well-versed in obtaining certified priority documents and foreign filing licenses. I also serve as the primary contact for clients and foreign counsel.

I have been with Schwabe since 1998 and have extensive experience in administration, litigation, and conflict searches.
