Adriano Gómez García-Bernal is a partner in the labor and employment practice.

He specializes in labor litigation before the various bodies in the labor jurisdiction, in both collective and individual proceedings. He has notably acted as legal counsel in proceedings brought before the Labor Chamber of the National Court (Audiencia Nacional) in relation to the challenge of collective dismissals, collective disputes, protection of fundamental rights and challenge of collective labor agreements, as well as the challenge of awards deriving from compulsory arbitration imposed by the Spanish Government under Royal Decree 7/1977.

He also advises on individual and collective dismissals, processes for decentralization of production; corporate restructurings (standardization of contractual conditions and integration of groups); senior management; proceedings brought by the labor and social security authorities; modification of working conditions, and labor audits.
