Adriana Gaspar is a Senior Partner and Co-head of NNDKP's Corporate/M&A and Public Procurement and PPP practices. With over 30 years of experience in the legal profession, including academic and magistracy positions, she is unanimously recognized as an elite business lawyer.
She is praised for her wide-ranging experience in structuring cross-border and domestic transactions and investments, her valuable contribution to landmark projects, whether commercial or regulatory reforming, as well as for her strategic advice on matters affecting business decisions, including corporate governance and compliance issues.
