Ada Franciolli is an associate at Walder Wyss, Geneva. Her expertise covers foundation law, association law, and corporate law. She advises philanthropists, entrepreneurs, legal entities, and public or international institutions in structuring non-profit ventures (such as foundations, associations, international organizations) and business, as well as hybrid entities, in particular social enterprises, benefit corporations and hybrid entities. She also assists our clients with all related legal matters, such as governance, tax, contracts, regulatory aspects, etc.

Ada Franciolli studied at the University of Geneva where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations in 2011 and a Master of Law in 2013, during which she studied for one semester at Humboldt University in Berlin. She passed the bar exam in 2018. Ada Franciolli was trained in a Swiss law firm in Lugano (Canton of Ticino). She then worked as a lawyer within the federal administration, including several years at the Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations, which allowed her to develop strong expertise in foundation law and in related legal matters.

Ada Franciolli works in French, English and Italian. She has a good command of German. She is registered with the Geneva Bar and is admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.
