Matthew Pistorius is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.

Matthew specialises in general and commercial civil litigation, arbitration and mediation, both domestically and internationally.

His experience includes advising clients on both litigious and non-litigious matters involving contract law, administrative law, environmental law, municipal law, employment law and property law. He also has experience in instituting and defending proceedings in the High Court and in arbitration proceedings, governed by the rules of organisations such as the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa.

In addition, Matthew is also experienced in employment dispute resolution, having made appearances at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration. Matthew has also advised clients in a variety of sectors, including the retail, fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceutical/medical and logistics sectors.
