Profile
Oscar Munevar is Senior Associate in the tax practice area.
He has experience in tax law and he has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, analysis of risk of permanent establishment, application of double tax treaties, among other tax issues.
He has worked in Colombia as part of the international tax services team of a recognized multinational consultancy services firm, where he advised national and international clients. Additionally, he has worked in Luxembourg as part of the M&A team of a recognized multinational consultancy services firm where he advised Private Equity and Real Estate Funds from the Luxembourg tax and international tax perspective.
Education
Postgraduate degree in Taxes from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia).
Advanced LL.M. in International Tax Law from Leiden University (Netherlands).
