Broad experience in employment and social security counseling to national and international companies in all employment areas, such as on-going advice, legal defense in judicial proceedings, business acquisitions or measures involving collective procedures with the legal representatives of the employees (collective bargaining agreements, company agreements, collective layoffs, substantial modification on the working conditions or transfer of employees).
