He has developed his professional career in Garrigues since 2011. He has extensive experience in providing recurrent tax advice to both Spanish and multinational companies and tax groups, especially in aspects related to Corporate Income Tax. On the other hand, he advises legal entities on international taxation issues and provides support to the human resources departments of different groups and entities in relation to tax withholdings.

He has intervened in various inspection proceedings and in restructuring transactions of tax groups.

He is also a specialist in the taxation of individuals, having advised high net worth clients and having participated in tax regularization proceedings.

Álvaro Ingelmo is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
